• Submitting forms or making inquiries

4.2 Prohibited Use:

• Misrepresentation of identity or information
• Attempting to breach the security or functionality of the site

MEC reserves the right to restrict or terminate access for any misuse or abuse.

5. Training Program Terms

• You agree to attend sessions as per the communicated schedule
• You will respect trainers, staff, fellow participants, and infrastructure
• Any misuse of training resources or misconduct may lead to disqualification
• You agree to share basic personal information for government/CSR project compliance

Completion certificates are awarded only upon successful attendance and assessment (if applicable).

You agree that all personal and academic information submitted to MEC is true, complete, and accurate. Falsification may result in disqualification from training programs and potential legal action under applicable laws.

7. Intellectual Property Rights

All content on MEC’s platforms—including text, curriculum, logo, training materials, videos, and documentation—is the intellectual property of Manmukh Education Consultancy or its partners.

You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, or use such materials for commercial purposes without express written permission.

8. Limitation of Liability

• Any technical issues, delays, or disruptions in the delivery of services
• Loss or misuse of data caused by cyberattacks, provided reasonable measures were in place
• Health or physical issues during training, unless caused by negligence from our side
• Employment guarantees, unless explicitly stated in program agreements

All services are offered “as is” and without warranty of any kind, express or implied.

9. Donations and Financial Contributions

• Voluntary and non-refundable (unless a technical error occurred)
• Used strictly for the development and welfare activities stated in our programs

These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Ranchi, Jharkhand, unless otherwise specified in a formal agreement.
